No, we do not charge any extra fees or fuel surcharges. The listed price is the price you pay. Including tax.

We understand that you may not have a printer handy when you’re traveling so it is not necessary to have a printed copy. However, we require that you show ID matching your reservation and also the Order # that is immediately emailed to you after you make your reservation.

7Summits Lisbon Tours are designed to take people (couples and singles or families) to visit the best places in Lisbon city  and region around, while riding a bicycle or by foot during one day or less.

7Summits Long Distance are designed to take people (couples and singles) to visit the best places in Portugal while riding a bicycle off road in a weekend or a full week and sometimes hiking a few hours

Wear what is comfortable . It is recommended to have a pair of sturdy shoes broken in flight, boots, or sneakers . It is better to dress in layers and wear clothing that will ward off the sweat and keep you dry and comfortable. Optionally also you have our cycling or running equipments.

Not much, remember our trips are all inclusive(except what not included in each tour). We do suggest you bring appropriate clothing to fit the season and a day pack to carry extra snacks and water (when the tour don´t included).

Because security is one of our priorities, our regular tours are always guided. The exception is in the Tailor Made Tour where we can help you create a personal Mtb Tour.

In the morning, after breakfast, you will follow your Guide to discover the region and visit wonderful places, some of which you can only see or access by bicycle. See the specific information about the ride you wish to participate; read the highlights and you will start getting a taste of the beautiful country you will see on your Tour. Around lunch time we meet the backup car and have a nourishing picnic to regain our strength (depending on the program when picnics are included). After relaxing a little bit we move on and usually between 6:00pm or 7:00pm we get to our hotel, and you can relax a bit before dinner.

It´s depend of your chose. The minimum number of participants for a 7Summits Tour is 2 people and the maximum number is 8 in Long distance Tours. We suggest you book your tour as early as possible, in order to guarantee your reservation. People come from many different countries for 7Summits Tours.  For remaining Tours the minimum number is 1 people and the maximum nymber is 8. To organize a Made tailor Tour for your group,  you have to gather a minimum group of 4 people and a maximum of 8 people.

For a long distance tours when you arrive in Portugal, we will meet you at the airport and we will take you, directly, to the start of the tour. Usually there is a welcoming dinner on that day (Guided Tours only) so participants on the tour can get to know one another and we talk a little bit about what will happen on the tour. For the other tours duraction, please consult the details of wich tour.

We have some family friendly rides that your children can participate , highlighted the 7Summits Olympics Tour, which is dedicated to fun sports for children.

It depends Tours type. If your reservation was for a long distance Tour you must send us a communication 45 days ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. Within 30 days you will assess a 50% termination fee. There are no refunds for cancellations within 29 days of your tour, or if you decide not to show up. In a day Tour or less duration you must send us a communication 72 hours ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. Within 48 hours you will assess a 50% termination fee. There are no refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of your tour, or if you decide not to show up

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours.

We do ride or wik in the rain, snow, wind and any other weather conditions that nature decides to throw at us. After all, we’re going on adventures! If the weather is unsafe for any reason, the trip will be changed or postponed. You will be notified the week of your trip if there are changes due to weather.
