It is a day where we can enjoy geo- monuments, fishing way of life as well as cultivated fields full of crops and the largest lake in the region. It is a tour where the contrasts show the diferences between the sea and the countryside and where the history of Portugal also notes in its monuments , customs and handicraft.
Surprises are extraordinary and there is one that you will like especially, when we visit an island in the region.

Concentration
Eduardo VII park, Lisbon. please arrive at 7.30 to get on the minivan to go to Peniche and depart at 7.45 a.m.

Departure on bike in Peniche
Near the magnificent fortress of Peniche we will start at 9 a.m. the ride after tasting a regional pastry and taking a group photo

Sea view along the coast with great mtb trails and marvelous cliffs with a great view over the sea

A rural area, field crops and a one surprising pond with a few birds species to wacth and sea village without ocean, nowadays
